4th Quarter Battle Begins

Oh what a wild week of data and Fed “speakerpalooza” we have ahead of us. Plus, Tuesday brings the start of the final quarter of the calendar year.

This week we start off with Powell on Monday at 1:55 pm. Why don’t you just tell everyone to bow down and kiss your toes since you think you are king of the castle and hero to all now. I mean come on, 1:55 pm? Couldn’t do 2 pm like a normal human being. The only good thing I have ever seen start at an odd time of the day is a golf tee time. Powell tomorrow should be on the radar.

We have 14 other Fed talks throughout the week at last count. This week also brings important data, including JOLTS, mortgage rates, bill auctions, NFP, and the unemployment rate.

China is now apparently lowering mortgage rates, perhaps further boosting the China names this week. Not much for earnings, although NKE 0.00%↑ is on the slate.

The stack is loaded, and there are some off the radar names that can pack a massive return in this edition. So as always, follow my lead, set your charts, and let’s make some dough!!
